Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This policy explains how Swiftise Solutions LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information through tracegmv.com, our application, creator portal and connected services ("Trace"). Contact team@tracegmv.com or write to 2222 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Miami, FL 33134, United States.

Who is responsible

We manage information about our website visitors, business contacts and account administration. For creator and workspace information a brand or agency supplies or asks us to process, that organization generally decides the purpose of processing and we act on its instructions. Its own privacy notice also applies.

Information we handle

  • Account and contact details, including names, email addresses, linked social accounts and workspace roles; and booking details you provide when scheduling a call.
  • Creator applications, custom answers, shipping details, agreements, payment records and notes that you or your organization provide.
  • Connected TikTok Shop information, such as creator and video identifiers, content, products, orders, sales, views and performance reports, within the access granted to us.
  • Discord identifiers, server configuration and messages or ticket transcripts used by enabled onboarding, support and community features.
  • Uploaded files, video links, transcripts, AI prompts and related responses when those features are used.
  • Technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, session identifiers and security or diagnostic logs.

Information comes from you, your organization, authorized integrations and public creator or content sources. We receive connection credentials or access tokens where needed to operate an integration.

Why we use it

We use information to provide reports and creator workflows, manage access, run configured automations, answer support requests, maintain the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases are performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for activities that require it. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who can receive information

Your workspace administrators and authorized members can see information according to their access. Information may also reach people you choose to notify, connected platforms and providers that help us deliver the service. Our provider list describes their purposes. We may disclose necessary information to meet legal requirements, protect people or the service, or support a business transfer with appropriate confidentiality protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI features

When AI features are used, prompts and relevant workspace information or selected media may be sent to OpenAI or Anthropic to produce answers, summaries or transcripts. Provider processing is subject to their applicable service terms and our agreements. AI responses can be wrong; people should review important results.

Storage, security and international processing

We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information, but no service can guarantee perfect security. We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, international processing must be covered by appropriate legal safeguards; contact us for the transfer and processing terms applicable to your organization.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for relevant legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes. The type of record, workspace instructions and applicable obligations determine retention. You or your organization can request deletion; records that must be retained may be restricted instead. Deleted information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire or are overwritten.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact team@tracegmv.com; we may verify your identity and coordinate with the organization responsible for the record. We respond within applicable legal time limits and do not penalize you for exercising rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. See Your Privacy Choices and our Cookie Policy.

Children and updates

Trace is intended for business and creator workflows, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us. We update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
