The providers below support Trace. Which providers receive information depends on the features and integrations used. Contact team@tracegmv.com for the processing locations and contractual details relevant to your organization.

| Resend | Transactional email delivery. |
| Cal.com | Call scheduling and booking information when you open the booking calendar. |
| OpenAI | AI responses, summaries and media transcription where used. |
| Anthropic | AI assistant responses where used. |
| TokAPI | Creator profile and video information used by connected workflows. |
Connected platforms
TikTok Shop, Discord and other platforms you connect also process information under their own terms and privacy notices. They are distinct from the infrastructure and processing providers listed above. Additional providers specifically requested or configured by a customer may also apply.
Changes
We update this list when our providers change. Any notice, authorization or objection process in your signed data processing agreement applies to the processing covered by that agreement.
