Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Trace, operated by Swiftise Solutions LLC, 2222 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Miami, FL 33134, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. A separately signed agreement controls where it conflicts with them.
Access and responsibility
You must have authority to act for the organization you represent and meet applicable age and platform requirements. Keep your account secure, use accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to team@tracegmv.com. Workspace administrators are responsible for the access and integrations they configure.
Using Trace
We give you permission to use Trace for your authorized business or creator activities while your access is active. You must not access another customer's information, bypass permissions or limits, interfere with the service, distribute malicious content, or use information unlawfully. You are responsible for the permissions and notices needed to upload information and connect third-party accounts.
Your data and our software
You retain rights to the content and business information you supply. You allow us to process it as needed to provide, secure and support the service and follow your authorized instructions. Swiftise Solutions LLC retains rights to Trace's software and branding. Neither party may use the other's confidential information outside the service relationship except with permission or as required by law.
Reports, integrations and AI
Metrics depend on source availability, reporting periods, account matches and later corrections by connected platforms. Syncing can be delayed, and reports or AI responses may contain errors. Review important financial or operational decisions against source records. Trace does not guarantee sales, creator results or uninterrupted access. TikTok, Discord and other services have their own terms and can change or restrict their integrations.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms are those agreed in your order or service agreement. We will disclose applicable charges before you commit to them. Contact team@tracegmv.com for account cancellation or billing questions. Cancellation does not remove amounts already due or rights provided by applicable law.
Suspension and ending access
You may stop using Trace and request closure of your account. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, unpaid agreed charges or a legal requirement, with notice where practical. We may also end a service relationship on reasonable notice. Contact us about an export or deletion of your information; retention is described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
Service limits and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trace is supplied as available, without additional implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct or anything the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an immediate change is needed for legal or security reasons. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Florida law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in the competent courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida; mandatory local rights remain available.
